Tsunami makes ordering on demand personalized gifts and promotional product easy, fast and lets customers see exactly what they will be receiving. -- we guarantee it!

Unfortunately, every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. We are all only human! If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part, we are more than happy to replace you for your item if the sale date was within the last 30 days. Check out our handy list below to determine if you are eligible for a replacement.

Tsunami guarantees our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, You are welcome to email us at for an immediate refund or to have a replacement sent. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that mistakes can happen.. . You are welcome to email us at if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they immediately are sent into production. NOTE: Tsunami also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.

During our busy holiday season we try our best to guarantee your gifts will arrive on time, but due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order. If we miss our guarantee we will refund your shipping & handling fees after we confirm that your package has not arrived on time. Understandably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect Tsunami or any of our carriers..


Any returns due to size issues or second thoughts are totally up to you and how you would like to handle them, we don't offer exchanges or refunds in those situations.

Oh noooo! Somewhere along the way we made a mistake. No worries though! If any of the following errors take place we will take care of it for you.

Faulty Product

If it is an issue on our end where we sent out the wrong product, wrong size, bad graphic just send us a picture of what the customer received for quality control purposes and we can offer a refund or replacement once the issue is deemed our fault.

US customers have up to 30 days after the shipped date and international customers have up to 60 days after the shipped date.

How we do replacement Orders

  1. Please provide the customer name and email.
  2. Please provide the order number
  3. Please provide picture of wrong/ damaged item.
  4. Please provide the changes necessary to correct/make replacement order, ie: color, size, style, etc.

Darn it. Somewhere along the way either you or your customer made a mistake. If any of these are the case, it is up to you to sort things out.

Ordered Wrong Size

Customer ordered wrong size or it did not fit to their satisfaction

Artwork was low quality

Low quality print as a result of customer approving a low quality image. One reason we have the designer is to allow customers to see exactly what they are designing and going to receive. If they see it and approve it...well its theirs.

Bad Address

If you or your customer made an error in the address. Packages returned to us can be shipped again at the cost of the re-shipment.

Wrong Image

You selected the wrong image to be printed.


Any returns due to size issues or second thoughts are totally up to you the Shopify merchant and how you would like to handle them, we don't offer exchanges or refunds in those situations.

Drop Ship Agreement

Good Faith Agreement

This agreement is made in good faith between the parties, , hereafter referred to as "Our Client," and residing at the address your registered with. It is understood that these terms and conditions are subject to change by Tsunami by iPersonalyze, hereafter referred to Tsunami.

Law to Govern Contract

This agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. The parties agree that Comal County, Texas shall be the sole and exclusive venue for any litigation or other proceeding between the Parties that may be brought or in connection with or by reason of this agreement for whatever reason.


Parcel items are shipped via UPS Mail Innovations domestically or other providers as deemed a good business practice unless otherwise instructed. Shipping times vary per product but are published on the product page. Most hardgoods ship within 2-3 business days normally. During holiday rushes hardgood take up to 5 business days. Softgoods usually ship in 3 days, but during holiday season this can increase up to 10 business days.

Packaging Materials

Tsunami will provide packaging for all items and the cost is included in the shipping cost unless special customized packaging is offered and purchased separately by Our Client.

Fees Billed to You

You will be charged on a per item basis the published product plus the fixed shipping cost if available. If a fixed shipping cost has not been made available by Tsunami then the actual shipping costs will be charged. Tsunami only charges when a product is sold. Our Client needs to have a valid credit card on file for Tsunami products to be sold. Our Client agrees to keep this card updated. Tsunami products can be installed and Merchant modified as needed without charge. However Tsunami products will not be able to be published for sale unless the credit card on file is active. Your credit card will be charged on this accountayments as your orders enter or order management system for fullfillment. Item can not be fulfilled until payment is made first.
