Tsunami will fulfill all orders for Tsunami products and automatically update Shopify Orders with the latest status and tracking information. All charges will be made in US Dollars.
Based on the product’s weight and delivery address, we select either DHL Express, UPS Surepost, UPS Mail Innovations or internationally Ascendia.
There are two types of shipping charges
Fixed Cost and ACTUAL.
We believe it is easiest for Merchants when they know both the fixed price for shipping a single product and also the lower fixed cost for additional products. For shipping charges outside the US and Canada, we believe the best practice to wait until we can confirm the ACTUAL cost.
